Monster Maxwell smashes flying camera

//

Glenn Maxwell was a man on a mission.

Stepping in at the crease following Chris Lynn’s dismissal at the sharp hands Kuldeep Yadav during Australia’s T20 clash with India, Maxwell set about a savage run-scoring onslaught.

The Big Show lit up The Gabba blasting a hat-trick of sixes off Krunal Pandya in the 13th over as he and Marcus Stoinis swaggered about the wicket on Wednesday night.

Just as It looked as if nothing could stop abate his scoring, the 30-year-old skewed a slog in the 16th over that flew high, crashing into the cable cam hovering above the wicket – perhaps saving the Aussie from being caught out.

The delivery was declared a dead ball as it fell back into the pitch.

Unfortunately for the duo rain set in and suspended play offering India brief reprieve from the Maxwell massacre.

MORE TO COME.
