Boxer stuns crowd with R-rated shorts

//

British heavyweight Dereck Chisora has worn shorts bearing an R-rated message for opponent Dillian Whyte to his weigh-in on Saturday (AEDT).

Chisora, who is trying to avenge a 2016 loss to his fellow Brit, looked in excellent shape as he hit the scales at around 112kg. But it was not just his physique that stunned the crowd.

Chisora, infamous for his bizarre antics, wore a pair of shorts that had the message "Dillian suck my" written over the groin.

Despite the embroidered sledge, the pair were silent during the face-off. They have each promised a knockout.

The tone for the pre-fight banter had already been set incredibly low, when Chisora brought up a seedy topic in the final press conference.

“Are you wearing your anal beads again today?” Chisora asked Whyte.

His opponent responded: "I left them in your a--- last night.

"I'll bring them for you and [manager] David [Haye]. You and David can share them from both ends."

You stay classy boxing.

Chisora and Whyte face off at the O2 in London on Sunday, with the winner scheduled to meet world champion and fellow Brit Anthony Joshua in April.
