Ricciardo's death defying 'bush bash' stuns Instagram

//

Daniel Ricciardo is clearly enjoying his summer break.

The Aussie F1 star is back home as he prepares for his highly publicised move to team Renault following tumultuous year with Red Bull racing.

But ever the larrikin, the 29-year-old took some time out to show fans how an F1 superstar spends their downtime.

In a clip posted to his Instagram account, Ricciardo is seen bush bashing in a vehicle at breakneck speeds down a narrow winding dirt road.

The high-octane seen is enough to make even the most hardened racing fans weak as the Monaco GP champion brings a little bit of F1 to the country.

“Bush bashing…Straya Mate,” Ricciardo captioned the clip.

Ricciardo placed sixth in the 2018 F1 standings and will joins forces next year at Renault with seventh placed German Niko Hulkenberg.
