Fyfe knocked out after brutal head clash

//

Fremantle superstar Nat Fyfe has been forced to leave Optus Stadium in the hands of the trainers after suffering a brutal haed clash.

The incident occurred with the Dockers holding onto a slim 10-point lead half way through the third quarter as Fyfe attempted to pounce on a loose ball on the wing.

Fyfe collided head on with Saints youngster Josh Battle but came off second best as he laid motionless on the turf following the collision.

Dockers teammate Michael Walters immediately called for the trainers before Fyfe was eventually helped up and walked off the ground in the trainers hands.

In worrying signs for the Dockers, Fyfe was visibly unable to put all of his bodyweight on his legs as he was helped off the field.
