ody Walker and Adam Reynolds have honoured the recently retired Greg Inglis with a rendition of the South Sydney talisman's iconic goanna celebration.

Inglis was formally farewelled at at Stadium Australia on Thursday night against the Broncos.

While all eyes were firmly fixed on the rivalry between the two coaches at the centre of 2018 'media circus', it seemed all the Bunnies could care bout was honouring one of their own.

Under siege in the opening 10-minutes, Souths fought back through Cody Walker who found himself in with a double to take the Rabbitohs 12-points clear and make him the NRL's leading try-scorer.

But it was Walker's heart-warming rendition to Inglis that stole the show as the five-eighth capped off his accolade with Inglis' own goanna celebration.

Minutes later Reynolds followed suit, punctuating his breakaway intercept try with a goanna of his own and putting Wayne Bennet's men firmly in the driving seat.

Kyle Turner found himself across the line at the half-time whistle to take the Bunnies 24-points clear of their rivals heading into the sheds.
